Job brief

We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. You will manage a team of janitorial crew members.


  • Ensure that all janitorial staff are working in an effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
  • Improve operational systems, purchase materials, plan schedules and complete payroll.
  • Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor your janitorial staff.
  • Recruit, train, supervise and appraise janitorial resources.
  • Cater to clients’ or personnel’s concerns in a timely manner.


  • Proven work experience as operations manager
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Seeking additional job opportunities for the company
  • Budget development and oversight experience
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
  • Basic IT skills (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Leadership and organizational skills
